We are not all the same, so why should our yoga be the same? Are you tired of yoga classes that do not fit your body, stress level, or yoga experience? 

I will meet with you and discuss your personal needs, injuries, limitations, and stress factors and from there design a personalized yoga class that will target your specfic goals and needs. You can book either in person or have a video sent to you via YouTube to use over and over.
